Many people I work with feel stuck. They know they want change or movement, but they aren't sure how to go about getting there. They feel like they're drowning in a sea of old habits and circumstances and they find it impossible to find a way out. Believe me, been there, done that and have the t-shirt to prove it. 

In this 7-day course, we'll work together to help you get unstuck using a unique visual tool that will allow you to more quickly tap into the source of your "stuckness." You'll also have daily exercises to help you start shifting your story of being stuck into a story of moving forward. 

Here's how it will work. The course will run from February 27 through March 5, 2012. Yes, technically this is 8 days, but I wanted to give you a day of rest in there. 

There will be 3 live sessions and 4 sessions that you will do on your own. We will be using the VisualsSpeak Image Center, a tool that's been great for helping people get unstuck. I will also be providing you with some questions and ideas to consider as you move from stuck to unstuck. 

This class is limited to 8 people and there are a few people signed up already, so you'll want to register early!

The Schedule

Class One--February 27, 2012--7-8:30 p.m.. (EST)--Live Intro Image Session

We'll meet online to do a live session in the Image Center. We'll look at your present and your future to get a sense of where you are right now and where you want to go. 

Class Two--February 28--7-8:30 p.m. (EST)--Live Image Session

In the second class, we'll meet online again in the Image Center where we'll work on developing an image of transition that can move you from your present to your future. 

Classes Three-Six--February 29-March 4, 2012--Image Center Sessions on Your Own

For the next 4 classes, you'll be working with your images in the Image Center on your own. I'll give you instructions on how to do this, but this will be the meat of the course, where you start to construct a new story and some forward movement in your life.  You will also be working on some additional activities that will help you create movement during this week. 

Class Seven--March 5, 2012--7-8:30 p.m. (EST)--Live Anymeeting Session

For the final class, we'll discuss what you've discovered in the previous week and work together to develop your plan for moving forward. You'll end the class with a blueprint for continuing the work you began during this week and a lot of forward momentum.
