In this series of posts, I show you how to use design thinking to create a career that is more resilient and responsive to today's changing economy. This is a process that you can cycle through repeatedly to keep your career fresh, vibrant and attuned to your changing needs and circumstances.
The series began on July 3, 2014 and I will be adding additional posts throughout July and August.
The Discovery Phase
In Discovery, you are opening yourself up to possibilities and gathering information and resources related to your career challenge. You are also engaging in conversations with people, getting different perspectives and allowing yourself to drift and dream a little.
The Interpretation Phase
In the Interpretation Phase, you work with what you have gathered in the Discovery Phase. You look for themes and insights and begin to frame new opportunities for yourself.
The Ideation Phase
During Ideation, you are brainstorming and evolving your ideas, looking for things to focus on when you move into Experimentation.
