It's clear, simple and usable. I could see using it to set goals and to figure out if I needed help in any of the 4 areas.

Thanks, Nancy--that's what I was shooting for. I'm picturing being able to print this out and then write 1 or 2 goals in each of the areas of the "pie chart." This is going to be part of an e-booklet I'm putting together that will help people start to build resilience daily.
