Good Monday morning from Philadelphia, where the sun is just starting to peek through the clouds and we're preparing for yet another muggy day. A few quick reads for you:

• Rosetta Thurman of Perspectives from the Pipeline is hosting this week's Carnival of Nonprofit Consultants. She's pulled together seven great posts on becoming a better leader, so wander on over and check them out.

• If you checked out the post I did last week for Pick the Brain on three exercises for exploring your ideal career, you may want to look at this week's post with more activities to find your passions. These are all strategies that I've used myself and that I've also used with many staff to help them get refocused on their career and learning goals. I really recommend the passions collage. I've had some stunning results from the process.
