This site was developed by Michele Martin, who has worked for 15+ years as a career and workforce development consultant. She has worked with WIBs, One Stops and disability employment service providers throughout the country in developing and implementing social media-supported programming. She is also co-author of several papers through the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University on workforce development and social media.
