Each day in December, I'm asking a juicy question to help you plan for a healthy, resilient 2014. The questions are in no particular order--just meant to provoke some thinking and get you moving in fresh directions. You can see previous questions here.
I probably should have used this as my kick-off question for these 30 Juicy Questions, but at least I'm asking it in the first week.
I love the word "juicy." It evokes a sense of vitality and succulence that I think is often missing from our antiseptic lives.
Juice goes everywhere. It can't be controlled. It's a signal of abundance and ease.
Juicy lives are lives well-lived. They are richly interesting and deeply rewarding.
I encourage you to put yourself into the mindset of juiciness before responding to this question. Really dive into the juicy qualities of your life. Where/when do you feel the most alive? What adds succulence and vitality?
And an obvious follow-up question here would be:
How do I get more of this stuff into my life?
Feel free to share your answers in comments or over on The Bamboo Project Facebook page. I'd love to hear about your juicy life!
