Workforce Diversity Leadership Certification

Peter Drucker, an award-winning social ecologist and management consultant, said: "Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things."

When it comes to growing and sustaining diversity in your school or work culture, you want people who can learn new strategies for success, who are confident and creative, and who understand the difference between doing the right thing and just doing things right. In short, you want people who can be leaders that help you create the change you need to change the things you've been creating.

The Workforce Diversity Leadership Certification is a creative, experiential, visionary training course designed to help people develop the cultural awareness, knowledge, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence needed to become diversity leaders at work, at school, and in their communities. The training provides a safe, supportive space for the people in a business, school, or organization to co-create a model of their shared experience, a model that is shaped by their common understanding and agreement.

The Workforce Development Leadership Certification training curriculum includes...

  • Visualsspeak exercises that engage your creativity to solve problems, generate ideas, and make deep connections with people
  • A World Cafe-inspired model for developing collective intelligence and asking powerful questions
  • Fun, experiential, creative processes that engage participants as a cooperative community
  • Bold, engaging strategies for personal growth through self-reflection and shared storytelling
